Què és la perforació posterior de PCB?
El procés de perforació posterior de PCB, també conegut com a perforació de profunditat controlada, consisteix a eliminar el taló en PCB multicapa per crear vies. L'objectiu de la perforació posterior és facilitar el flux de senyals entre diferents capes del tauler sense interferències de talons no desitjats.
Per proporcionar una explicació més clara del procés de perforació posterior, considerem un exemple.
Suposem que hi ha una PCB de 12 capes amb un forat passant que connecta la primera i la 12a capes. L'objectiu és connectar només la primera capa a la novena capa, mantenint sense connectar les capes de la desena a la dotzena. No obstant això, les capes no connectades creen "stubs" que poden interferir amb el camí del senyal, donant lloc a problemes d'integritat del senyal. La perforació posterior consisteix a perforar aquests talons des del revers del tauler per millorar la transmissió del senyal.
Quin és l'objectiu de la perforació posterior de PCB?
La perforació posterior del PCB s'utilitza per eliminar la part no utilitzada d'un forat passant (via) que s'estén més enllà de l'última capa del PCB. Relació entre el diàmetre del forat i la seva longitud. Quan un fabricant afirma que la seva producció té una "relació d'aspecte" de 8:1 vol dir, per exemple, que el diàmetre del forat és de 0,20 mm en una PCB d'1,60 mm de gruix.
Per a les estructures HDI, la relació d'aspecte per a microvia es limita a 1:1, però és preferible 0,7-0,8:1 per facilitar el revestiment.
