Zer da PCB Back Drilling?
PCB atzera zulatzeko prozesuak, sakonera kontrolatutako zulaketa deitzen dena, geruza anitzeko PCBetan zirriborroa kentzea dakar, bidezak sortzeko. Atzeko zulaketaren helburua taularen geruza ezberdinen artean seinaleen fluxua erraztea da, nahi ez diren zirriborroen interferentziarik gabe.
Atzeko zulaketa prozesuaren azalpen argiagoa emateko, har dezagun adibide bat.
Demagun lehen eta 12. geruzak lotzen dituen zulo bat duen 12 geruzako PCB bat dagoela. Helburua lehenengo geruza soilik 9. geruzarekin konektatzea da, 10. geruzak 12. geruzak konektatu gabe mantenduz. Hala ere, konektatu gabeko geruzek seinalearen bidea oztopatu dezaketen "zurriak" sortzen dituzte, eta ondorioz seinalearen osotasun arazoak sortzen dituzte. Atzeko zulaketak taularen atzealdetik zulatzea dakar seinalearen transmisioa hobetzeko.
Zein da PCB atzera zulatzearen helburua?
PCB atzeko zulaketa PCBaren azken geruzatik haratago zabaltzen den plakadun zulo baten (bide) erabili gabeko zatia kentzeko erabiltzen da. Prozesu honek seinalearen osotasun-arazoak murrizten laguntzen du, hala nola erresonantzia eta seinaleen islak, abiadura handiko diseinu digitaletan gerta daitezkeenak.
Zein da "aspektu-erlazioa"?
Zirkuitu inprimatutako plakei buruzko ohiko galderak › TERMINOLOGIA
Zuloaren diametroaren eta luzeraren arteko erlazioa. Fabrikatzaile batek bere ekoizpenak 8:1eko "aspektu-erlazioa" duela esaten duenean, adibidez, zuloaren diametroa 0,20 mm-koa dela esan nahi du 1,60 mm-ko lodierako PCB batean.
HDI egituretarako, mikrobiaren aspektu-erlazioa 1:1era mugatzen da, baina 0,7-0,8:1 hobe da xaflatzea errazteko.
Zeintzuk dira PCB atzera zulatzearen onurak?
PCB atzeko zulaketaren abantailen artean seinalearen osotasuna hobetzea, txertatze-galera murriztea, diafoniaren kontrol hobetua eta banda-zabalera handitzea daude. Erabiltzen ez den kanoiaren zatia kenduz, atzeko zulaketak zirriborroaren erresonantzia eta seinalearen islak murrizten ditu, seinalearen transmisio garbiagoa eta zehatzagoa lortuz.
