I miei file di progettazione PCB sono sicuri quando ve li invio per la produzione?
RichPCBA rispetta il diritto d'autore del cliente e non produrrà mai PCB per qualcun altro con i tuoi file a meno che non ne venga ricevuto scritto.
Con il tuo permesso, né condivideremo questi file con altre terze parti. Su tua richiesta, possiamo firmare un NDA per una maggiore sicurezza.
Come viene stimato il costo dell'assemblaggio del prototipo di PCB?

Perché devo pannellizzare le mie schede?
La pannellatura è necessaria quando la dimensione del PCB è inferiore a 50 mm x 100 mm o quando il PCB ha forme diverse (circolari o strane) diverse dal rettangolo, le schede devono essere pannellate in un array per l'assemblaggio. Poiché realizziamo anche il tuo PCB per te, quindi una volta che inizieremo a fabbricare le tue schede avremo il file di pannellatura (dati della pasta saldante), trasferiremo i dati al reparto PCBA per creare lo stencil che corrisponda al PCB pannellato.
Cos'è esattamente un PCB?
Un circuito stampato (PCB) è una scheda utilizzata per contenere un chip o altri componenti elettronici. Per soddisfare le diverse esigenze di progettazione, un PCB può essere costituito da un singolo strato o da più strati. I PCB possono anche avere un design a singola o doppia faccia.
È possibile collegare più PCB in un unico dispositivo, utilizzando connettori flessibili o rigidi.
I PCB sono flessibili o rigidi?
La risposta è entrambe le cose. I PCB possono essere flessibili o rigidi nel design.
I PCB rigidi sono progettati per non muoversi e in genere costano meno da produrre rispetto ai PCB flessibili.
I PCB flessibili, o schede flessibili, sono progettati per spostarsi, torcersi e piegarsi nella configurazione desiderata e possono eliminare la necessità di connettori e altri componenti, riducendo così i costi di produzione complessivi.

Come vengono prodotti i PCB?
I PCB sono generalmente costituiti da più strati, incluso il substrato di materiale RF4 (come la fibra di vetro) per l'isolamento e il rame per condurre la corrente elettrica.
La creazione di un PCB è un processo in più fasi che include:
#1 Progettazione del PCB: viene utilizzato un software avanzato per determinare la dimensione, le dimensioni e il numero di strati necessari per il PCB.
#2 Stampa del progetto PCB: per stampare il progetto viene utilizzata una stampante specializzata chiamata stampante plotter, che è composta da più strati per le aree conduttive e non conduttive. La stampa diventa la base del substrato, che contiene i componenti della struttura, incluso il rame su entrambi i lati dello strato.
#3 Stampa del rame per gli strati interni: il disegno del PCB viene stampato su un laminato che include una pellicola progettata per reagire con la luce ultravioletta per allineare correttamente la scheda e il layout dei componenti elettrici.
#4 Eliminare il rame in eccesso: poiché il disegno è stato cotto e lavorato con luci ultraviolette, alcune aree sono indurite e il rame è incollato alla scheda. Il passaggio successivo consiste nell'utilizzare una soluzione chimica per rimuovere il rame non necessario dalla scheda.
#5 Ispezione e allineamento degli strati: una volta rimosso il rame in eccesso, il progetto deve essere esaminato attentamente per garantire che tutti gli strati e i fori siano allineati correttamente. Una macchina fora uno spillo attraverso gli strati per mantenerli allineati. Quindi un'altra macchina verifica la presenza di errori sulla scheda.
#6 Laminazione degli strati del PCB: una volta che la scheda supera l'ispezione, viene applicato uno strato di resina epossidica per laminare la scheda. Viene applicato un altro strato di substrato, quindi vengono applicati e pressati insieme gli strati di resina del substrato e lamina di rame.
#7 Praticare fori: viene utilizzato un trapano guidato dal computer per praticare fori attraverso il substrato e i pannelli interni nei punti appropriati per il progetto. Una volta completata la perforazione, eventuali residui di rame vengono rimossi.
#8 Placcatura PCB: alla scheda viene aggiunto un ulteriore strato di rame, seguito da una sottile protezione in stagno per proteggere lo strato esterno di rame dall'incisione. Da lì, il PCB riceve una maschera di saldatura, serigrafata con informazioni critiche e posizionata con una finitura saldabile.
Cosa è incluso nel costo totale di un ordine PCB?
Molti fattori di progettazione contribuiranno a determinare il costo totale di un PCB. Ad esempio, le dimensioni, il numero di strati, il tipo di pannello laminato utilizzato e il numero totale di pannelli prodotti possono incidere notevolmente sul costo complessivo.
Quali sono i vantaggi di utilizzare un circuito stampato?
I PCB offrono numerosi vantaggi ai progettisti e ai produttori di dispositivi elettronici. Circuiti stampati:
Risparmia spazio – Risparmiano spazio nel dispositivo consentendo a tutte le interconnessioni di avvenire sulla scheda stessa, senza la necessità di trasportare corrente attraverso più fili.
Consentono una facile installazione e riparazione: la risoluzione dei problemi e i test diagnostici sono facili da eseguire e indirizzabili sul PCB, poiché tutti i componenti sono chiaramente etichettati.
Fornire un assemblaggio rapido: rispetto ai metodi convenzionali di collegamento dei circuiti, i PCB consentono di risparmiare tempo nell'assemblaggio.
Rimani sul posto: poiché tutti i componenti elettronici sono saldati su un'unica scheda, non si spostano quando vengono spostati.
Efficiente per la produzione di massa: i PCB possono essere prodotti in grandi quantità a un ritmo più conveniente rispetto ad altri metodi di alimentazione di connettività dei componenti.

Di cosa è fatto il PCB?
La scheda stessa è composta da quattro componenti chiave:
Substrato: la base del PCB, un substrato è solitamente costituito da fibra di vetro o altro materiale non conduttivo. I substrati possono essere a strati singoli o multipli.
Rame – utilizzato per trasmettere corrente elettrica, il rame all'interno di un PCB prende il posto dei fili.
Maschera di saldatura – il metallo utilizzato per creare connessioni tra la superficie del PCB e i componenti elettronici. La maschera di saldatura protegge le tracce elettroniche sottostanti da condizioni sfavorevoli.
Serigrafia: uno strato di tracce di inchiostro utilizzato per etichettare componenti elettronici, avvisi e altre funzionalità uniche per la connettività di quel dispositivo.
Prima di passare alla produzione finale di PCB, un prototipo deve essere convalidato per garantire che tutti i componenti siano collegati e funzionino correttamente per alimentare il dispositivo.
Di che colore sono i circuiti stampati?
Potrebbe sembrare che sia il substrato a conferire il colore al PCB, ma in realtà è la maschera di saldatura. Il substrato sarà tipicamente verde, ma la maschera di saldatura che lo sovrasta può essere blu, gialla, arancione, viola, rossa, nera, bianca o, naturalmente, verde

Per ottenere una densità di circuito più elevata rispetto ai PCB tradizionali, i circuiti stampati HDI utilizzano una combinazione di funzionalità e tecnologie avanzate come vie cieche/interrate, micro-vie impilate forate al laser, tecniche via-in-pad, tra le altre.
