When cleaning circuit board, blowing dust is often used, making it easy to clean dust and dirt on the surface of the board.

However, currently it is not convenient for users to fix the circuit board during dust blowing cleaning, which can easily cause the circuit board to move and shift position during cleaning. This not only affects the effectiveness of cleaning work, but also reduces work efficiency, making it unable to meet the needs of use.

Rich Full Joy Technical Solution

1.Through the workbench, groove, first motor, first screw, skateboard, connecting plate, first threaded sleeve, limit plate, top plate, second motor, second screw, chute, second threaded sleeve, third motor, soft bristle brush, and positioning bracket, the function of adjusting the positioning size according to the size of the circuit board can be achieved.

2.The integrated circuit board is clamped by the clamping component, and the cleaning solution in the water storage tank is discharged into the water guide plate by the water pump through a hard water pipe. The integrated circuit board is sprayed and washed through the drainage hole on the upper end face of the water guide plate. During the spraying process, the first motor in the clamping component drives the first electric telescopic rod to rotate, and the first electric telescopic rod drives the clamping plate to rotate, which drives the integrated circuit board to rotate. The third motor in the cleaning component can drive the second electric telescopic rod to rotate, and the second electric telescopic rod drives the brush plate to rotate, achieving the cleaning of the integrated circuit board.

2.This project uses the first vertical plate, air-blower, second vertical plate, suction fan, suction duct, outlet duct, dust collection box, and filter screen to achieve a good vacuum effect when cleaning the circuit board. The filter screen can filter the adsorbed dust, improving the cleaning effect and efficiency of the circuit board and further meeting the needs of use.
